Fundraising with Dueling Pianos in Lone Tree, CO
We are regular guests at the Marriott South at Park Meadows! This year we have performed at the hotel for a variety of corporate events, a handful of weddings and two stunning charity galas. In April we were asked by the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce to provide the entertainment for their annual fundraising event to be held at the venue. This foundation works tirelessly in their support and promotion of local businesses in the Castle Rock and Douglas County areas. They hold many activities each year, including this annual banquet, to further this aim.
We were proud to be asked to bring our Dueling Pianos to entertain the donors and supporters – Jon and Pamela played a three-hour show, encouraging song requests for donations throughout. At the end of the night we were pleased to be able to donate all the song request tips back to the Chamber of Commerce in support of their splendid evening.
Our show is perfect for all fundraising events and is one of the few entertainment concepts that exist which allows the performers to solicit tips and donations from your guests to hear their favorite tune. With all Howl2GO Dueling Piano Fundraiser performances, we donate 100% of these back to the cause being supported. Throughout the event, we encouraged guests of all ages to play along by selecting their favorite songs to get the dancefloor going. From the Beatles to piano bar classics by Elton John & Billy Joel, our rocking performers kept the high energy hits coming.
Rotary Club of Highlands Ranch
Another fundraising event we performed here came later in the year in support of the Rotary Club of Highlands Ranch. The Bright Futures gala was totally sold out long in advance and the ballroom looked stunning. Since 2016, Howl2GO Dueling Pianos has been invited to Highlands Ranch to perform at the Recreation Center of Southridge, so it was fun to see some familiar faces in the crowd from those shows. The ‘regulars’ in the crowd were able to help the folks who had never seen us play before in suggesting great songs to request and to encourage them up onto the dancefloor. Again, we were thrilled to be able to support a cause that runs programmes throughout the year to help various causes.
We have a long relationship with Rotary International, having played events for this organization all over the country. Without exception, they do terrific work and truly do make a difference in the lives of many. From Polio eradication, high school, and college scholarship funds to Guitars for Troops, they are tireless in their dedication to great causes. The Denver Marriott South provided a perfect backdrop for all these events, and we’re looking forward to being back next year!
